Boot HELP
So I'm buying a pair of white boots in what looks like a plastic leather:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=ATVPDKIKX0DER And I need to add a simple pattern on each: http://www.cosplayisland.co.uk/files.../c.c%20ref.jpg I was think of doing it in gold leaf, but I've never worked with that before and I feel like it would require roughing up the surface of the boots a little. Any alternate suggestions or tips on how to work with gold leaf would be much appreciated.

Not sure if it helps, but when I did my Lenalee boots (had a glowy-blue detail on them), I went and bought adhesive fishing lure stuff (not sure what the specific name is). It came in sheets so I could cut out what strips or pattern I needed and then stick them to the boots. It layed well on them and stuck great long term.

If you could find me a link to what that is, it would be helpful but I can't seem to find any.
