I've just finished verifying all the gathering info from this Official ALA thread, and modifying it with the info listed from each specific gathering thread.

This list below will have some gatherings, times, locations, etc. that are not listed in the Official ALA thread's schedule. I wanted to get the info straight from the gathering moderators/threads, in case they forgot to post at this Official ALA thread. There are also some gathering threads which have not changed their posted gathering times, in accordance with the Official ALA thread's 20-minute increment assignments. But still, can't be completely sure if some gatherings won't follow the 20-minute assigned times or if specific gathering threads will follow and are just not yet updated to reflect those assignments. Personally, I'm going to keep a copy of this schedule and the Official ALA thread's version, for comparison, in case gatherings don't appear at one time or another.

This is just for your information.

The Patio is technically being used for the Anime Conji Meet 'n Greet from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Saturday; is there any way I can schedule you for an hour earlier, at 12:20?

Yes, the patio is the outside area between the underground parking lot and the downstairs convention area! However, what day did you want to host this event on?
