Well, first of all you should point out a budget (if you have one), what pieces of the cosplays that you need, which cosplay is your priority, and your deadline (if you have one). Commissioners will be able to help you more if you point out a few of those details.

my buget would be somewere around $50-$120 I would need just the outfit not the shoes or wig also my deadline would be the beginning of April

Default Lucy is the only one you'd be able to get in your price range, if you want anything other than complete crap. The others have too much detail and fabric to expect good quality for that low of a budget.
