You sound like me! Right now I have fabric for just one of mine, but I have three commissions I'm working on right now! But I can't stand working on one single project at a time. My mind just can't focus in a linear manner.

BUT NONETHELESS! I hope ya have a blast! <3 I sadly do not have many cosplay buddies...maybe 3 and that's it. xD So it's nice I'll have some people to act goofy and joke around with!

I've got a whole group of cosplaying friends, the one that won't be there just happens to be the most avid next to me. But I will make the best of it because I'm already planning my really big costume and am making a few others for myself, friends, and commissions that will be at A-kon, so that's always something to look forward to.

I'm doing an extremely detailed (hopefully extremely detailed) Cardinal Caterina Sforza from Trinity Blood with her staff and everything. I'm appliqueing the whole thing, might do some beading (if my sanity allows), lots of lace...it's going to be an undertaking just to get all the appliques on it.

oh dang I wish I could have gotten my Esther costume done, but I decided to go for Hana this time around

I'm hoping to actually attend this year. Maybe even cosplay! I'll probably just take photos like crazy instead, the hotel looks incredible.

Cosplay plans for A-kon are.
Friday: Maid outfit Mikudu from the melancholy of Haruhi Suzumia
Saturday: Gunner Yuna from Final Fantasy X-2
Sunday: Mikuru or Yuna again, not sure which one.

Yeah, maybe some other time. I would love to get to visit TX for more cons. So if I can work it and be at one that you will be attending after you get Esther done, I will totally bring Caterina.

But I so look forward to seeing your Hana in person. I love her character and costumes, and you always do beautiful work, so I'm excited to see it there!

Well I just put some serious work into Sailor V. Getting close to done with sewing then it's just props and armor. Wooh. Also putting in work on Kid. Mostly because these two were already in progress with all the stuff needed to work on them. Going to put in another full day tomorrow.

My girlfriend and I are doing all pair cosplays which will include :

Jack Frost & Toothiana
Mordecai & Rigby (their future rock versions)
Dave & Bro Strider
Eridan & Feferi

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone's awesome stuff!
