I've been looking for them but I've so far only found R. Hiscott carries them for $85 back when I asking 5 years ago (I'm afraid to ask what they charge now).

The one I made out of duct tape is getting really old and the tape is wearing down in terms of adhesive.


For this reason I'm thinking i really need to get a dress form this year instead of the duct tape route. Problem is I have a larger frame and all I'm finding are petite dress forms locally.

What type of dress form are you looking for? I've seen both adjustable and standard at a store on Vanauley St (just off Queen st), I believe the name is Leather Town. I've also seen them at Fabric Land. I believe some stores can even order you one in if you ask.

As for Wig blocks I've never seen one, Hiscott is the only place that I can think of that has wig making supplies. You can try calling places like the Beauty Supply Outlet to see if they carry such things. I found this website online though: Link

I actually a large-sized ajustable dress form that I've been wanting to get rid of for years. The only catch is that it's broken at the neck and doesn't have a stand, but otherwise the adjustment knobs (aside from the neck) work fine.

I have a stand actually from an old decrypt 50'd dress form that I might be able to convert to it.
