How to make glowing eyes?

I'm trying to make an Anti Sora costume, and can't figure out a good idea to make glowing eyes. I want them to glow, but don't want to use a mask. I've tried looking into LEDs and numerous other things, but I just can't think of anything. Are there any ideas for making glowing eyes?

This is a picture of Anti Sora:

You could wear UV reactive yellow contact lenses (Sclera if you can find them) and then figure out a way to integrate a battery operated UV/Blacklight into your costume so that it was aimed to hit your eyes and activate the glow.

I know you don't want a mask, but maybe you can get some ideas from what Kamui did?

You can't do it without a mask. It's not going to be possible..Lights like that in front of your eyes will, for one, not be good, that could blind you if done wrong, and 2, they won't just sit there magically..that's where the mask comes in, it's what they are held up on..

I don't particularly recommend pointing a blacklight at your eyes for long periods of time. There is some evidence that it can lead to melanoma and snow-blindness, which is essentially a sunburn on your cornea.

Using the technique briefly through the day, such as, just for photographs, or masquerade skits shouldn't do you much harm.

Instead I recommend you use radium eyedrops! ...Wait, no, I forgot, deadly poison radiation sickness...damn.

If you dont mind shelling out lots of cash (probably $300->$500) you might try getting sclera lenses in a "dayglow yellow" (basically neon yellow) you could even do a yellow tint and mesh over the pupil if you were daring and it could look good.

Also, if you do go with a mask, I'd warn that you'd basically be blind as long as the lights were on unless you used different eye-holes (never done it myself but someone with something similar a while back with a freakin' awesome Big Daddy (Bioshock) cosplay.)

This would be the only way I could figure to do something like that without a mask.

It's a tutorial on how to make LED eyeshadow, and it has a nice effect.

Kamui had some nice LED eyes without a mask for her Asmodean costume from Aion

They're at the bottom of the post.
