Hi there! Me and Vihtalaini (http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m5...ggjo2_1280.jpg) (Aka 'Medic's Wife' who ran the Otakon Valve shoots in my absence) are running the Valve shoots at Katsucon! We hope to see you all there for a deadly good shoot!

Saturday - Valve Photoshoot - 2pm across from the Gazebo

(Weather permitting / how everyone feels - ) after we are done by the Gazebo Saturday, we can move outside to the waterfront / docks etc for some nice outside shots for anyone who wants to follow.

Friday - Valve PJ party Casual gathering / drawing / chilling out Starting around 10pm - Location is a cluster of couches by the loading loop doors at the end of the Artist Alley/Dealers Room hallway - basically keep walking past the Alley away from the con center towards the hotel parking garage, you’ll pass the bathrooms on your right, and at the end of the hall there are a cluster of couches. I wish I had a better description, but I know it's there cause we walked by it a lot walking out to the parking garage / loading and unloading the car of Alley stuff.

Anywayyy. I'll be cosplaying BLU Medic (and possibly Robo Medic if I can find a box that's the right size), and i'm pretty sure my friends are cosplaying a BLU Engie and BLU Scout.
I can't waiiiit. As for the pajama party, I think that the area you mentioned sounds great c:

Great to see some people! It also could be that all the TF2 cosplayers are not on this board, or do not check. Which is why word of mouth on other social media is key, be sure to spread the word around! I'll be posting about the shoot a lot on my tumblr.

If we get no other ideas for the PJ party it will be at the location I mentioned. If you recall the Artist Alley hall last year, it's an area down the hall towards the parking garage, a grouping of couches just inside of where the loading crescent is. It's out of the way (so private and quiet, yea but -) if you all want some more bystander traffic we can go somewhere else, but as I said I was only at the Gaylord once before I do not know all the nice cozy spots.

A lot of valve cosplayers must not be all that active on the site, because usually the photoshoots have a fairly large amount of people (or the ones I've attended have at least).

Don't mind me. I've just been quietly stalking in the corner, waiting for someone to post so I wouldn't be the first one. *shy as butts*

I should be there as Lady!Medic as well, with my bros as BLU Femgie (if she can make it) and RED Lady!Snipes. Don't know if our Miss Pauling will be able to wear her costume, due to outside issues, but she'll be there regardless.

And it's an excuse to wear my Medic jammies in public so yeah.

I basically set the location for the PJ party at what I figured originally as I got no other suggestions. I changed the description in the first post. It's a corner away from things, so we'll have space and quiet. If for some reason we need to move we can leave a note on the couches for latecomers.

i'll be going as Louis...unfortunately i'm hosting another shoot for my anime club at 2pm on saturday. But...i'm looking to recruit the 3 other survivors...and a few of the special infected for a possible private shoot...probably in a darker area like a park garage...something to really give off that L4D vibe.

EXCITED FOR THIS con and hope to see you all there! The PJ party especially with be nice and chill. I'll bring my drawing pad.

Also if for some reason my memory failed me on the hall directions to the PJ spot - all you gotta do is head for the parking garage/lot behind the hotel/con center, the couches are right there inside by the main exit to the loop. You can always find me to ask about it Friday at my Artist Alley table, I'll be there most of Friday, dressed as Spy (or Tentaspy after 5pm). My studio name is Lithe-Fider if you need to ask the alley heads where what table is (I do not know my placement yet, they don't tell us beforehand :T ).

Also also you can text me at 609-651-1055 if you are desperately lost or something for either shoot, but know I won't delay the TF2 shoot on Saturday, another shoot is there at 3 so we only have so much time.

Buh. Sorry about not being able to make it to the shoots ;A;
I had ended up getting really sick during the con and spent most of it cooped up in the hotel!
I would love to see pictures, though~
