Erza Scarlett for Fairy Tail
Shana from Shakugan no Shana
Ayano Kanagi from Kaze no Stigma
Grell from Kuroshitsuji (debatable since he's wanting to take on a more feminine appearance)
Kallen from Code Geass (although her hair short)
Aki Izaiyoi from Yugioh 5D (maybe the older version of her)
Asuka Langely Sohryu from Evangelion (but perhaps not that red)
Riruka from Bleach
And quite a few more, but I don't think you'd be interested in them.

Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho might work. Or, Skyla from Pokemon BW

Kagachi from Asaki, Yumemishi. It's a pretty obscure visual novel/otome game but it has some really nice character designs and Kagachi's hair is pretty similar to Yoko's.
