I'm making his thirdish outfit xD which should be easy... http://www.ezcosplay.com/media/catal...ay_costume.jpg Again just general materials and what I would need to do is appreciated. Thanks!

I am looking for a tutorial on making invisible shoes...I am attempting to cosplay Morgiana from Magi and she runs around barefoot all the time. xp
I briefly saw someone using clear soles/gel inserts and a clear strap but can't for the life of me find it again. Anyone have any links on this subject?

LoTR RANGER cosplay
I'm new making MY WHOLE COSPLAY (rather than going out and buying different things and sort of fudging a cosplay together) and have NO IDEA where to start.
Does anyone have a basic idea of the costume parts i'll need (cloak, wrist guard things, etc,) and an idea where to find instruction to make them? Thanks.

Any foam sculpting tuts? Or information about the types of foam material used for making armour, sword and shield?

Hello!
I've been searching for a way to make a unicorn horn attach to my forehead like this: ![]() I've found a way to place a unicorn horn with snaps and a base under the wig which seems nice, but I need to part my hair around the horn rather than putting the horn into the hair, so that won't work for me. Are there any tutorials out there for this? I feel like string wouldn't be strong enough and will let it flop around because I can't secure it horizontally. Any help would be absolutely awesome~ Thanks~! |

Hello there!
I'm looking for a tutorial for attaching a horn (not a tutorial for making one, I got that down ) in this manner: There's no where to hide a band or base with snaps because the hair parts above it, so I'm looking into any other option to securely attached the horn. I will be making the horn out of foam board, paper mache, fast mache, sanding, and paint. Hopefully it will not be very heavy, but it might have some weight and density. Any help would be great! |

Hi there. So I'm going to be cosplaying Queen Chrysalis from MLP, and in my sketch of the cosplay she is wearing a catsuit kind of deal. I saw links earlier in this thread about making catsuits, but I'm unsure if it'll work considering the style of suit.
Here is a picture of the reference drawings: https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphot...11289777_n.jpg Any help would be greatly appreciated. ![]() |

Hello all. I have never made anything for a cosplay before. I usually commission all my pieces but this time I'd actually like to try to do something. I want to make Sona's hair pieces as soon in the link below. I want to use craft foam (?) to make the shapes but what could I use to coat it so it's paintable? Or do you have any other ideas on what I could use to make the headpieces out of?
link: http://www.gameguyz.com/pictures/cos...ow---sona.html Any help would be great! ![]()

The scarf looks like quilted fabric. Of the cosplays on this site it looks like people have used everything from white fabric with black plaid, terry cloth with black squares sewn in, and quilted fabric. It doesn't look like anyone has used something to pop it up.
