Kimono Instructions
So I recently cut out the pattern for Butterick 6698, Kimono, but I misplaced the instructions... Unfortunately, my pattern is discontinued and I can't find the instructions anywhere online. Does anyone have them and can upload them or type them out for me? I only need the men's portion of the pattern. It would be greatly appreciated.

I've never seen the pattern, but these books might help. Try looking for them at your library...

Bit of a late reply, but anyways, I wouldn't even bother with Butterick "kimonos". They are SO DAMN INNACURATE. They have shoulder seams which real kimono don't have, no centre back seam which completely fucks up the fit of the kimono on your back, and kimono sleeves irl don't have a dropped shoulder like their pattern has. If you're trying for a legitimate kimono and not a cosplay that has a kimono-ish/robe design, you're better off with drafting it yourself (they're practically rectangles, so not hard to do) or Folkwear's kimono pattern.
