I am 5'8 and I am shooting for 150. but like she said above. Everyone's body is shaped differently!

I think that is actually really good! The fact that you were able to keep it off is awesome, and really, losing weight slowly is healthier and more likely to be maintainable (less likely to gain it back) so really it is a good thing. So, good job!

Unfrotunately, I don't have a scale yet, but since I was just at the Doctors for a broken tailbone and a high temp. I got my weight taken. I was 160 at 5' 4" as of 12/26/12. I will be buying a scale this weekend and would love to weigh in every week. If anyone is interested, I do have a fitblr under the name of slimdownotakon.

I tried out my friend's body fat percentage scale (uses bioelectrical impedance). Readings were fairly consistent (tried four times), calculating that I had a body fat percentage of 27% with 11 lbs of visceral fat. I'd ultimately like to get my BF% to under 15% (and hopefully take off some of that visceral fat). This suggests that I currently have a lean body mass of 133 lbs and, if my LBM does not change, I'd need to reach 157 lbs for 15% body fat. I've included weight lifting in my workout, so I expect to either maintain or increase my LBM with the right nutrition. Therefore, I deem my 160 lb goal to be reasonable.

I acknowledge that the bioelectrical impedance method of finding body fat percentage is not particularly accurate, but like a standard weight scale, I believe it can be a good tool to track progress as long as measurements are done under the same conditions. I think I'll invest in getting my own, albeit a cheaper model than my friend has. That, and a full-size mirror so that I can visibly see progress.

Update, I'm trying out green coffee bean pills because I wanted to try them out until I get back into working out. I watch Dr. Oz and they did an experiment where they had people take green coffee beans and the other half of the group took placebos. It showed that the group that took the green coffee beans and didn't change their life style lost an average of 2 pounds every two weeks. Although they weren't recommended on people under 18 because they tested it on adults. Any way, I am trying these out to see how well they work, I started taking them last tuesday and am going to check my weight this tuesday. Basically means I should lose a pound a week not changing my lifestyle but I do diet and watch what I eat so I may lose more (god willing). If you want more information about it then feel free to ask or go to Dr. Oz's website because the pills have to contain certain things or they're just filled with crap and won't work well.

Also, I forgot to add in, that the green coffee bean group lost more then the placebo group. Go figure, right? lol

This was the first post I made here back in Jan 2011.
And I forgot to keep track of it.
Now it's Jan 2013.

I currently weigh about 90lbs.
I had a massive weight drop sometime after AX'12 from 94 to 84lbs.
This was probably the result of the con diet and getting a fever shortly afterwards (fever wasn't related to the con it was like a month after).

Aw'right, it's been a while, and to be honest I've forgotten my old goal xP I won't let that happen this time!!
Current weight: 121lbs (jan.17.2013)
Goal (by 3.20): 115lbs. This shall happen... As long as i don't keep eating the candy sitting right next to me xO

I don't have a scale, they terrify. However I am currently pleased to report that recently I had to order new work pants. My employers accidentally sent me pants that were two sizes smaller than what I ordered. The pants still fit. SO happy!

Mostly a result of my involuntary reduction of calorie intake due to the extraction of my wisdom teeth. I've been gradually increasing my daily calorie intake over the last few days in the hopes to gradually bring my metabolism back up to its normal state without regaining much of the weight.
