Well I tried your method, however when I tried to pull the hair into a spike, the hair around and underneath it was very very teased for some darn reason. I tried to smooth out the teasing but it just got really frizzy. Do you have any ideas what to do? D:

And every time I used the Got2BGlued Spiking glue and twisted the ends, it just came apart once more and it would not stay clumped together. And when I used the Got2B Freezing spray the strands would stick together but it got a very unnatural look and it had spaces in between like here (the circled areas) ;

And as you can see the frizz is just....ugh ; 3 ;.

Do you have any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Thanks for the amazing tutorial! Your wig looks fantastic!

Do you (or does anyone) have any suggestions as to other nice, thick wigs one could use for spiking wigs? Cosworx currently seems to be sold out of the "Punky" hairstyle and I'm looking for alternatives in general, preferably something that might be better suited to more "natural spikes."

Does anyone have any experience with Amphigory's "Silky Spikey" or "New Punk"?

Or how about Arda's "Magnum"?

Or other wig sellers/styles?
