Making a real armor of World of Warcraft

Hi, my name is Luis, and I'm making the blue armor early Death Knight WoW, Although not yet finished can see over all entries in my blog as it is and take it.

I'm making steel sheet of 1 mm in the traditional style, anvil and fire, hope you like it.

Here you have the link to my blog http://recreando-wow.blogspot.com.es

Greetings Cosplayers

I want to hug you! My main is a DK...and it's so awesome to see someone finally doing extreme justice to the starter set! I wish I had your skills in metal working. Definitely will have to keep an eye on your blog to see the progress. :3

After thinking a lot about that armor Asher was the first, I decided that no armor is better and more epic than this, even if blue rarity xD, Lich King expansion has been my favorite, and dk with Arthas was tops . Probably for this weekend helmet is finished.

I'll update the blog with it, and I'll get with the big shoulder pads, the whole world is on fire with starting with shoulder pads

I do not think I know, the armor archive I visited a couple of times, I have never registered there, or spoken.

Thanks for the words that I've spent

I totally agree with you. My favorite was LK too and I'm really a lore junkie...so that part of the story line just seemed so interesting to me. I don't care if it is a blue rarity set, it's definitely one of the few really well designed DK specific sets.

If you want to do chain mail or scale armor both are relatively easy to make and require 0 skill as long as you use the standard pattern. Chain mail can be made entirely from scratch using stuff you can find at your average hardware store for minimal price. Scale armor is a little more complicated and you'll need to buy scales and special rings from a website called theringlord.com but their prices are still really low, you can easily make a full suit of armor for <$200 of supplies if you buy premade rings and scales. As for plate armor, I can't really help you there because I've never made any plate armor but I'm sure there are tons of tutorials all over the internet on how to make things out of plate metal without needing a full blown forge.
Also, I commission for armor and stuff but it would be a lot less expensive and in my opinion also would be more fun to make it yourself. I try to only commission for people who really just do not have 30-40 hours to make their own armor, because it isn't really a skilled profession despite what some people may say about it. I hope this helps.
