I'm so curious to how people make armor SO well. Not like, a full body suit, but armored parts of cosplays. They look sooooo nice Makes me want to learn too! Been searching for tutorials but unsure where to start XP

You'd be surprised how difficult it is to find something simple for a cosplay. Keep digging, you'll find it eventually and then its all celebrations from that point on.

Went to a costume store's cosplay appreciation event and sale. Lots of nice cosplays. I wanted a few wigs, but none of them worked for me so I got a few things for a few Doctor Who cosplays. I was a little annoyed when I cosplayed as Captain Jack Harkness from Doctor Who for the event because only one person recognized who I was and there were a couple of Persona 4 cosplayers, making me wish I went as Souji Seta/Yu Narukami instead.

Instead of trying again at Cain's cross, I decided just to start on remaking Yoh's oracle bell. It will finally match the other oranges in the outfit, plus it will stay on my arm. Immediately turned to the glue gun cause I am too tired to sew today.

I would really love to cosplay Kaiko someday. She just look so adorable!

The top I wanted for Meiko's default is CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK, which makes me sad as it was the best and most affordable top I've ever seen. I hope it comes back....

Since I have a little experience with the sewing machine now, I need to get materials to make Meiko's "Tsugai Kogarashi" dress. If I can get it done before AX, I will be the happiest person ever. If not, I am pretty sure I will have Meiko's default at least done. I mean, yeesh, how hard is it to find a red vest top?

And.....perfect socks I found at 99 cent store for Yuki Nagato's school uniform. It's a cosplay I plan to do someday (doesn't look hard at all, I bet the wig will be the most expensive part XD).

Tomorrow, i'm going shopping in Brampton (because I hear talk that there's a wig store there and my mom needs to go there anyway) and seriously hoping that I can the wigs I need. One of them at the very least. I've been going places to see what I can get for cosplay but no such luck...at least not yet >.<'. So i'll probably have to make it, which obviously I don't mind. Here's hoping I find my wigs, and get everything done for Anime North.

It turns out I can go to Katsu, but ahhhhhh I've got less than a month to finish three cosplays. ;__; Good thing I'm going fabric shopping this weekend.

and I keep forgetting important things for these cosplays. Will the list never end. At least Alice is almost done, along with Merlin. Rosette though... sldkfjsldk So much work to be done.

Hmph. I really want to take pictures with Ririchiyo or Ciel but without any real proper outfits for either of them yet, it feels like it'd be pointless. I'd like to try going on Omegle or something but that tends to get boring unless everyone's on video, which a lot aren't :I Agfh this is frustrating.
Also, everyone please applaud TeaForThought for linking me to an amazing website to get wigs from *_* Not looking at their costumes or anything, but I might check them out. In the meantime..love all the wigs. Want all of them <3

Trying to figure out what materials I need to buy to make a harp and for dying the tips of a wig. Other than THAT! waiting for my stuff to come in then me and my cousin are gonna plan a "cosplay construction day" Shall be fun~ Hurry up and come stuffff!

Mom and I are having some cosplay discussion now. She's thinking of cosplaying as xxxHOLiC's Yuuko in an original outfit. Since I plan to go as Princess Sakura someday anyway, I was like "WE COULD COSPLAY TOGETHER!" and already we're planning to first buy the Mokonas XD!!!

Aaaaah, what a day! Lots of walking and my Derpy was a hit. She got lots of attention, though I suppose giving out free muffins helped. XD I even became an assistant to the Doctor for a little bit! I had a super fun time as her, especially when people were commenting that I acted and sounded just like her... Even when I wasn't trying. XD guess I'm just a natural derp.
