Arrow Difficult wig help -Klavier Gavin

Hello guys (:
I want to cosplay Klavier Gavin this April, but I don't know how to do with the wig...
I don't know where to begin!
I've bought a long platinum blonde wig.
Is this could be a way to make the hairstyle? -> http://classewig.com/wig/blog/?p=1287#more-1287
I'm confused...

This is Klavier Gavin's hairstyle:

Thank you very much

Instead of tape I recommend carve a foam piece or making a pillow in that cone shape.

Sew this to you base wig a with one layer of lose wefts glue down to it in a spiral pattern then use the wig hair from the wig it's self to wrap around it as well.
