Many things that people still love today can be made a couple decades ago, a few hundreds ago, and in the cases of ancient classics (Homer's Odyssey or Mahabharata for example) a few thousand years ago.
Very moving words O.O. As a history and book lover you got me with those sentences.
They are so true.

And now I go to bed with a good feeling xD.

It sounds like an argument from someone who cosplays only for attention, and believes that an ended series won't get as much attention from the newer games/anime that is still running. I could be wrong, that's just my misanthropist side popping up XD

From my perspective, unless I am utterly in love with the series, I WON'T cosplay from anything unless the series has already ended. To avoid spoilers if a new episode comes out right before the con, and just to make sure I really love the character I'm cosplaying. It's just easier.
So, yeah. People also still cosplay from stuff that has been done and over with for upwards of 10 years. That argument is really strange..and..unrealistic, frankly.
