Hmm i think it would be helpful if you posted your height/ body type as it's hard to see from those photo's but i can guess. And also if you're willing to wear contacts, as i do not know whether you're willing to wear them or not i picked these characters whose eye colour is rather close to yours.

If you are asking which char is the best or rather which 3 characters are the best for you to cosplay as... I'd keep in mind your personality as well. Just think in whose shoes you'd feel most comfortable. I'm for example just considering the photos not sure if you'd feel well in a femme fatal cosplay like Lust. But it's really difficult to judge not knowing you as a person.

And sorry if this isn't helpful ^^'' but it's most times something I consider first since presenting the character and the right feeling is very important to me as well.

Aside from this I'd say Miss-Kagamine isn't wrong with her judgement. Although I'd not consider the right eye colour that much. I don't wear contacts and just ignore this fact although I'm happy if mine happens to be a rather close match.
