That depends...what is your budget? I got a Nirvana wig for my James because I had a hard time finding ones with the fibers oriented in the right direction for his hair. That one set my friend back 40 I think (with shipping) and the fibers were pretty bad quality for the price :P It took to sharpie dye well (perhaps a bit too well in fact).

@Thadine: this might be an awful idea, but maybe you could build it over pantyhose, and then apply theatrical makeup over it to cover it up?

Haha. Too bad I kind of suck with makeup.
My skills lie in construction and sewing. But I guess I could try someone like that. I've already made about...5 masks using different techniques, so I've got nothing to lose! xD

I ended up getting in contact with the guy who organized the shoots the past two years and we set one up for 7pm in the Game Room on Saturday night. I'm calling it a gathering since we haven't found a photog yet, but I'm still looking.

WOW, that Pyramid Head is incredible!!! Using steel seems to really have paid off! I don't think I've ever seen someone use metal, usually it's cardboard or foam board!

I'm planning on making Bogyman from Silent Hill Down pour, and I was wondering what kind of pleather or vinyl I should use? It doesn't look pure black to me, so I'm a tad lost.
