I'm currently on my phone so I can't post photos for references, but Halibel from Bleach I've been wondering how to do the blonde eyelashes/makeup.
Unless I just use eyeshadow or find blonde fake eyelashes which I don't think would work for both top and bottom. :/

There should be tutorials online on how to achieve this. You can always use liquid or gel liner and run it through your lashes with a disposable mascara wand.

They have gel liners in yellow? I've only ever seen black. Hmmm.

Ya costume stores (not like party city but specialty theater stores) carry all colors, ESP yellow. But also I've seen sephora carry it.

Makeup Geek gel liner in "Treasure" might work. LA Splash and NYX cosmetics might also have something that works. You can also use liquid liner on eyelashes, of you can't find gel.

@animenerd93 : I'll have to look around and see what's around my area for those stores.
@PSY : I would of never guessed that would work. I'll have to look around at the makeup area at work to see what I can find.

Bloody Mary makes a great white mascara about $18 and Ben Nye makes one about $9, Kryolan makes a cake mascara in Ivory more of a blond than white, and here are several yellow eyeliners in gel and liquids. Medusa makes a good gel liner, they have a yellow about $15 and Mac makes one about $19. You could also use Mehron's Paradise Detailz yellow at about $7.

Mascara and gel liners come in lots of colors. It just a hunting process sometimes.
We have used face paint on our mascara wands for a very temporary color, not sure I'd recommend that for a long day of play. Best to use makeup s it is intended.

And this is why I come to this thread. You guys are so helpful and amazing! I wouldn't have thought of any of this. Shows I don't know much about cosplay makeup. -.-;;
