I am a licensed hair stylist with experience in cutting, styling, and customizing cosplay wigs for over 5 years now.
I use quality wigs from sellers such as Arda and Amphigory, as well as cosplay.com. I can also use less expensive wigs, depending on what you would like commissioned.
I can do curls, spikes, fluff, add-ons, and more. I can make something rock-hard if you wish, or more flexible, fluffy, natural-looking.
If for some reason I feel that I can't do a certain wig for you, I will be honest and up front about it instead of taking it on. I will not gamble my abilities with your money.
Quality and detail are precious to me, and my service is a promise that you will be more than happy with the results of your product. If for some reason you aren't satisfied, I will do everything in my power to make things right.

For quotes, please provide me with this information:

Zip Code: (For shipping quote purposes)
At least two pictures of your character; I can find more, but an initial idea would be most helpful.
The best way to contact you, whether by email or Cosplay.com, or anything else

I accept PayPal as my preferred method payment, but I will accept concealed cash at your own risk.
I require at least a down payment of the cost of the wig itself. Then, once progress and/or pictures of the final product are shown to you and you are happy with what you see, I will require the remainder of the payment before shipping to you.

I am trying to reach this commissioner. I entered into an agreement to have a wig styled and the contact with the commission has been spotty. Pics of the wig that were promised for Friday the 1st failed to materialize. I was promised that I would have my wig, but I am 8 days from when I leave for the con and I have had no response to my recent emails.

If anyone has contact and can help, it would be greatly appreciated. At this point... I just want the wig, styled or not.

i also have not been able to contact LevelUp either. sent them a message a week ago,and have not heard back. my last contact with them was at the begining of Feb. have not gotten any progress pics or even proof of my wig please contact me asap!

The last time I was contacted was when they received my wigs in January, and I have not been given any photos or had any updates. I emailed them a couple days ago, but no response yet. Please shoot me a message as well.^^

I am in the same boat. I sent an email today and one on March 6th. The last time I was contacted was Jan 18th. I was told at that time that the wig base arrived and that it would "l probably be a month or a little over a month before I'll have it done". So far, I've not heard anything.

I urge anyone that is able to do so, to file a PayPal claim or claim with your bank. If you have sent money, please do so. If you sent an item to them such as a base wig, I am near certain you have lost the money on that completely, as I cannot think of any way to get it back. There are now too many people with the exact same issues.

I would not trust anyone with only 13 post, period.
This post is just too shaddy.

I would say just style the wigs yourself, buy them prestyled, or only commission things from people you know and trust. Wigs really aren't that hard to style anyway. A few Youtube videos should do it. (depending on the project)

Not only that, his deviantart is extremly shaddy and his last activity was last month.
People like him should drop off the face of the earth. I'm sure he will just pull an excuse from his ass though.

There is always a paypal dispute.. They need to make sure to hold on to the email conversations though.. That will be needed.

It's too late. To Open a dispute in the Resolution Center it must be within 45 calendar days of your purchase. That's money down the drain.

Yes, check with your bank. Most will help you out longer than eBay would, but I'd go ASAP. You don't want to be one day too late. Sadly, this is exactly what most scammers do.

For everyone involved and not just me...because if I'm outside of "dispute" time, then so is probably everyone else. But I will go to the bank Monday and ask what I can do about it.
