Is there any de-facto cosplay makers?

I apologize if this doesn't belong here, but I couldn't find a better place to put it.

I'm just curious, if money weren't an option, is there any well known and highly regarded professional cosplay makers that would be widely suggested?

I would also like an answe to this, as the cosplay I have in mind has components slightly outside of my skill level.

God Save the Queen Fashions is pretty much the queen of theatrical-quality costumes.

If you're more into props, Blind Squirrel and Volpin are both very well-regarded. If you want to commission one of them, it's probably going to be decided by which one has an open timeslot or which one is closer to you (to save on shipping those oversize props).
