super hero abs?

I have been looking into various ways to make super hero abs. Preferably I am looking at nightwing from arkham city http://cdn.gamerant.com/wp-content/u...m-City-DLC.jpg

So the choices I have read are:

Sandwich foam with a neoprene back and what ever choice of fabric for the front and sew in the outline of the abs.

Make a sculpt of the persons torso then use a lot of latex and for just the top of the abs add in fiberglass to strengthen it.

Wonderflex or worbla

So type of foam that can be heated and shaped. Which I have no idea what that type of foam would even be called.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions to this?

The first method you listed is something I've done several times. It's certainly the least expensive of the methods listed.
Nothing is impossible, but some things are very expensive.

My Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/penlowe I make non-fitted custom things to ship within the continental US. I only do fitted garments for those whom I can meet in person.
