I am going to choose either 2:30 or 2:45. Sound off which time is better for you. I would like to make the final decision tomorrow, I want to be as accommodating as possible for everyone, but in the end we will have to pick a time. Please let me know as soon as possible via comment.

I'm sorry, for those who won't be able to gather at 2:45. We are going to go for that time since that is when most people are available. Thanks for responding everyone!
 I say that we all meet up by the gazebo. Since we are a small group we shouldn't have any problems. If we need to move somewhere else because of crowds in that area we can do so once we are all assembled. Is that cool with everyone?
