How do I wig cap?

I have short hair which is straight and very thick. What's the best sort of wig cap to wear so I can put it all under my wig?

Do you mean as in a nylon or net? I would say Nylon ones. The normal ones you can get at any store that has a makeup area..The net ones look weird to me lol

:/ Where do you live that you can get wig caps at a "normal store"? O_o;

Anyway, I think it's really just a matter of preference... I tend to use the nylon ones

However if you're going to be sticking a ton of pins into your wig.. a netted one might work better. Although personally I hate the ones that look like fishnet with a hole at the top.

Just see what works best for you! XD It I can get my just above my rear long hair into a wig cap without any fancy braiding or what not, I'm sure you can get your hair under one!

Buy a netted one and a nylon one and see which one you prefer. Won't cost you more than a couple bucks, and you can play around and see which one better suits your needs. :3 As for where to get them, I buy mine at a nearby Sally's. If you don't have anything like that around, you can find wig caps very easily online.

I live in a city as well.. and I've been to other cities. Only place that sells wig caps around here is Sally's, Wig shops, and costume theater stores. o_O Been to several Wal Marts, Safeway, King Soopers, Target's, Alberton's, Walgreen's etc and I have NEVER seen Wig caps. XD Shower caps, sleeping caps, do-rags, and hairnets yes.. but never wig caps
