I'm a black cosplayer. Been doing it since 2007. And I just recently created a cosplay group with a few of my friends. Ironic thing is, I'm the only person of color. Got to represent! Haha

Now, I gotta find a way to finish them before feb, 15. And I'm so confused about what to do with a few costumes. And I have to find a american cosplay wig shop, since the foreign wig shops will take weeks ship (one had a arrival date of March 1).

Black cosplayers still going strong!

Speaking of, I don't know if you guys have heard of Urbance yet. If you haven't the link to the trailer is here. http://www.steambotstudios.com/urbance/ Its basically an upcoming animated show, themed around gender wars, with a largely black cast, and is totally awesome! A couple of girls and I are planning to cosplay the girl gang "The Death Eves" from it for Otakon 2013, and we were looking for some male cosplayers (or even crossplayers, we are so not picky haha) to join us for a couple of photoshoots!

I did'nt finish my Iris cosplay in time. I'll have to debut her another con. But Now Since seeing the weather on convention weekend on friday, It's gonna be very very cold. I hope I can find some girl charaters that I can cosplay that wear long sleeves.

oh no I hope you get it done on your next con and plenty characters have winter versions usually typing their name and winter brigs up a picture of them in winter clothing
