I'm doing stitches up and down a pair of pants. Been at it for 11-ish hours combined so far. Found myself saying, "I'm almost to the crotch! Yay!"

Because making real chainmail is a hassle (I assume, since I've never done it before), I'm thinking I should learn how to knit a net-type thing out of something metallic and call it a day.

"The are for the cosplay you f*cking idiot!", i once yelled at my little sister as me and my friend were doing our first cosplayvid ((sucked)) and she's just the sweetes girl ever so it was chocking for me to watch the vid later.

I just felt so mean!

I was combing my Isaak wig on my bed earlier and I keep pulling three-foot black hairs out of the blankets -_-

The new Witch and Wizard book came out last week. All of my Pearce cosplay feels are coming back.

Something I never thought I would hear (note: neither of us is cosplaying, talking about cosplay or anime at the time).

Me: Well, I suppose that's not the MOST awkward one to hear...

Then a little while later, "THOSE PANTS ARE HIDEOUS!"

I was trying to find a picture of Fate/Zero Gilgamesh in his casual white shirt outfit but I couldn't find a picture that showed his pants. And well, then I did and exclaimed the second thing. XD

All said over the course of Katsucon weekend while in various cosplays. I think the weirdest thing I said though was "Oh sweet mother of Poland my head is finally free!" After taking off my Isaak Von Kampfer wig (it was really late, the wig was really tangled and I had no idea what I was saying xD)

My sister and I were talking about Amnesia and about the Heroine. Since I'm going to be copslaying her, I said that. XD

"I'll beat down all the guys from SAO. What are they going to do against a wavemaster, right?"

I was considering reworking Tsukasa, but then I realized...

"I'm going to die at this sewing machine. They'll find my corpse a week later and wonder what happened."

"I have wigs without a costume, this is like some sort of inverted realm." - I got three human hair wigs for my birthday and they won't work for any of my planned cosplays. Usually I have the costume complete and am still waiting for the wig to arrive.

"Maybe I can learn to roll my eyes back, then they'll be white and you can suck it!" - cosplaying Kankri from Homestuck and several people commented my eyes weren't white. I ended up annoyed after the fourth person.

"Shhshh trying to give myself a kitty mouth." - make up test for Nepeta from Homestuck.

"Wait! I need to find Maddy's balls!" - a friend asked me to make her pokeballs for her Misty costume and another friend was going to see her so I wanted him to take them to her.

"I'ma just hoard aaaaall the props"

"Nopenope, not talking to you, you make me wanna cosplay silly things... Aww come gimme a hug, I can't stay mad at you and your sillyness."

"Come back in an hour, when I'm not trying to alchemise clay into silver." - trying to paint a crown I made from clay silver. It wasn't working.

"And I'll be spending my weekend sewing long sparkly beads to a jacket and singing some inane made up song about being in love with my power-mad brother!"

...This is my life while working on my Saphir cosplay. I regret nothing.
