Yellow boots?

Do anyone know where I could buy a pair of flat yellow boots for a female kid flash costume?
They can be this height, or taller. I'd just prefer them to be flat or with a very minor heel.

I've looked for a while and I'm at a loss.

I can't imagine where I would find boots like that, but if you're at a total loss you could take a pair of tall yellow converse (or white converse and dye them yellow) and lace them up to give a similar look almost.

(you could call them running shoes for your speed :P idk.. but it's a suggestion)

Simple spandex boot cover tutorial:

http://dangerous-ladies.tumblr.com/p...imple-actually

Get yourself a pair of cheap flats, cheaper the better.

Sew yourself a sock out of your spandex material, but leave the bottom open. Pry the sole off the shoe (this is why cheaper is better, usually the construction is a bit lower and it'll be easier to remove the sole). You don't need to completely remove the sole, just pull the edge up enough to tuck the edge of the fabric sock inside. Then glue or sew the sole back on securely The top of your flat should be inside the sock now, giving you spandex boot with an actual shoe sole on the outside.

This was honestly what I was thinking about doing. Thanks for the link!

If I completely fail at making my own boots, I was thinking this would be a good alternative, so I could actually run around. Ahaa.
