I've been wanting to do a Sailor Neptune cosplay for such a long time, partially because I want that wig. We should get a group together! If we can only get a few people and want to do the main group I would do Mars instead.

You obviously have better will power than I do, if I want a wig cuz it's pretty, I'll just buy it, regardless of if I have a costume to wear it with or not XD ... Probably why I'm now selling 6 wigs that I don't need anymore/never needed LOL

Ooh, do I hear a Sailor Moon group forming? I'd love to be Venus for the inner group! I'll take Jupiter if there's already a Venus. For outer, Falclon, I wouldn't mind being Uranus if you don't have one in mind. I also have Super Sailor Chibimoon working. And on the strange chance there's a Stars group.. I may do Fighter. :3

Haha, like the live action/musical cat suit? That'd be different, everyone usually does the dress Luna wears in the manga when she turns "human." It's a pretty yellow and black dress. Artemis gets a white suit, I think, and Diana a cute little grey outfit.

@Zaiten, nope I do not have anyone in mind for Uranus so you should definitely cosplay her.

If we actually get to pull this off it would be so amazing. <3 Sailor senshi groups are my favorite groups ever, partially because it's cool to have all the matching uniforms. When would you guys want to try and do this for? The senshi uniforms aren't too hard or expensive plus there are lots of tutorials on them.

Haha, awesome! I'm going to make one body suit and hopefully make it so I can interchange skirts, sailor tops, etc so I can save time and go easily from Venus, to Uranus, to Chibimoon, etc, without having to make the same thing over and over.

And I agree, it'd be something to be a whole group. I'm trying to think of a good time and con.. the soonest could be A-kon? Anime Matsuri just wouldn't be a fair amount of time. (Except for me. I'm a procrastinator. Last minute ft..l.) But as for what con everyone is going to? No idea.

As for characters, my bf cosplays Tuxedo Kamen with me, so you can put him down for that.

And as for time, I'm booked solid this year, I really think we should try to do it next year, that will give us more time to find people for the whole cast, and get plans ironed out, and time for costumes to actually get made. Cuz if we're serious about getting a FULL group, we don't want to rush it, and if everyone is making their costumes, then we want them to all look relatively the same, not pulling in random people at the last minute just so we have a full group. But that's just my opinion, lol.

Aww, that's like me last year waiting for it to be this year just for the Elder Scrolls Online. Which still isn't out yet... *crosses fingers for beta.*

While date/place/time is still up for whenever.. you're right about the looking similar. Best way to do that would be to discuss fabric types and skirt types. So we do an anime style with perhaps a pleated cotton? Or a nice matte stain and have it drape like a manga style others do? That way if anyone wants to get started early, they could, and even though we may not have everyone for awhile.. we could start with the inner group, neptune and uranus, etc, and when more people come and join we'd have an outline of what we used for ours so we're similar.
