So im looking for a little help, I will be going to Acen this year in Chicago and im goign as Lavi right now im looking for costumes i will be dressing up as the Lavi with the orange scarf but i cant seem to figure out what boots I need to get does any one know any places where I can get a good costume and a pair of boots to match it? i would make it but im really horrible at that stuff and i dont have time for anyone to commission it since the convention is in May...

For Lavi, I've found a couple of good costumes/boots online: the DGM stuff that I like is on CosplayHouse, FM-Anime, HelloCosplay, Cosplay FU, QQCosplay, CosplayHolic, and CosplayStation.
