Lightbulb Skyrim: Spriggan?

Hey guys,
So I'm thinking that the Skyrim Spriggans are pretty awesome looking, and I want to play with lights!
What do you guys think? Would it be recognizable?

I would go more for the concept art one.
Even if it's not readily recognizable, would it still be awesome?
I would definitely do LED lighting. (YAY LIGHTS)

And yeah, thoughts?

You might get mistaken for Poison Ivy from Batman by a casual observer, but I think it'll definatly still be recognisable (Skyrim's pretty well known if its sales are anything to go by and I can't think of any more well know characters/creatures that look exactly like Spriggins).

Plus it would be awesome to see more TES related cosplays. They seem rather thin on the ground (probably because there aren't really that many completely unique characters, although I was thinking of adding Sheogorath to my list myself) and cosplays with LEDs are always cool.

I agree that you might come across as poison ivy if you cosplay the concept art version. But if you can figure out a way to make the in game version, that would just be mind blowing. As soon as I saw my first spriggan in the game it became my favorite thing about skyrim. They just look spectacular. Good luck to you. You have my complete support. ^,^

Pretty much everyone and their mom has played Skyrim, so I'm betting that a good amount of people have seen the concept art. I'd say go for it, I'd freak out if I saw it, hehe.

I also think you should go for it. I would *LOVE* to see someone cosplay a spriggan in person! ♥ I know that I would recognize you, at least! Also, the world needs more Elder Scrolls cosplay.

I for one think that would be awesome! Even if no one recognized it, the outfit would be incredible anyway. Spriggans are scary little buggers, mostly because I thought they should be nice and they, spoiler, are not :P Not to me, anyway.

Just curious, wonder if there would be interest in an "Elder Scrolls" catch all thread for people to talk about their costumes from any one of the games since there isn't an actual subforum for it (kinda like the DA2 one)? Yay, nay? I'd love it because I'm seriously considering doing some armor (daedric or nightingale if I'm feeling insane) from it and would love to see what you guys are up to :> Or if there is one and I've missed it, link please

This would be such a bad ass costume!!! Now I'm thinking of doing one as well! When I have the money, of course...
I think my choice would be a Spriggan Matron

You should do it! I'm doing a Fallout costume. We need more Bethesda game cosplayers.

If you have a little speaker somewhere on you playing that ominous buzzing sound.... I would love you forever.

But yes, I'd recognize it. Awesome portfolio project for organic appliance/makeup-based costumes, too!
