First Rate Plastic Master Sword

I am curious if anyone knows about a first rate plastic Master Sword. I am specifically asking for Plastic because I am extremely uneasy about carrying a metal sword at the conventions I am attending.

I don't know of any quality plastic swords, but I shared your concern with carrying a metal Sword at a convention. I made my swords our of cardboard, fiberglass resin, and automotive body filler.

I made a dark link sword for my DL cosplay, I made it entirely out of fiberglass, bondo, and resin, with a couple of wooden dowels for support. This is how it looks:

I've never seen one online for sale, at least not plastic, there's a cheapo wooden one online that I would suggest avoiding like the plague. It's a complete ripoff.

If you don't want a steel one, but you still want a quality sword that wont break and looks like a legitimate replica, you'll either have to craft one yourself or commission someone to make it.

Worst case, you can always just buy a plastic sword and spray paint it...And yeah, I can't think of a single convention that actually allows metal swords so...

My Master Sword is made of wood and very light weight. It hasn't been to an convention yet, but it hangs around my apartment looking all pretty.
