Ok I have some more details. First off, THANK YOU for interest! I really want to get a full group together. As of right now, I do not know if I will have Homura or not. There will be Madoka, Sayaka, and Kyuubey for sure. Oh I forgot to mention I need magical girl outfits. Not school/casual. T.T It will be around 12pm. Wow, that sounds like fun! I have Homura's magical girl outfit, and I'm definitely ok with the possibility of going to another location. It sounds exciting! So again, if you still need a Homura, I'm definitely up for it.

I am doing Mami's magical girl outfit, so is my friend coming as Homura. However, if I was going to go I would feel bad leaving her behind :C

Not sure if people are still checking this, but it looks like the whole gazebo area is off-limits to con-goers :/

Yeah, unfortunately it seems to be true. Hopefully we can still meet together as a group. Maybe by the fountains or something.
