Totally doing Pitch one day.
Just have to figure out how to make that gradient oh-god-the-sleeves-are-disappearing-into-the-skin-on-his-hands kind of look. And how best to fake that super-duper deep V on the front of his robe, so I can get a compression-shirt on without it showing.

I totally missed this thread! Like 4,837 other people at the winter conventions I attended, I cosplayed Jack (because I was neck-deep in a bunch of more complicated projects, and it just sounded so... darn... comfortable).
 Incidentally, if anyone else is planning on doing a Jack in the future, I just posted a tutorial for my "invisible shoes" that I made so I could look barefoot as Jack: http://andsewingishalfthebattle.com/invisible-shoes

Thank you for this tutorial! ^^ This will be far better than me trying to find sandals I don't hate completely. I'm going to have to put two straps on instead of the toe one as I can't stand anything between my toes but this sounds like a great idea for barefoot "shoes" ^^
