I'm getting in shape to cosplay as Grell Sutcliff from Black Butler.
When I decided to cosplay him, almost a year ago, I was at 168lbs. I'm down to 147lbs right now. I'm working on losing some more thigh fat and toning my belly and arms.
My workout regime? Try Navy bootcamp for 2 months. That'll get you in shape. Flutter kicks, crunches, push ups, jumping jacks, etc...fuck, even arm circles helped. And when you've got someone standing over you, yelling, you fucking get off your knees and push through the pain. I still do most of those things here at "A" school. I gotta keep in shape. I didn't get my ass beat just to go back to the way I was.
