Otakon 2013 Gatherings
Still a bit aways from Otakon but nothing wrong with being organized a little early !!
I'll do my best to keep the list up since I don't have any conventions from here till Otakon !PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING! Just a few things before posting here please: *** This is not an official Otakorp gathering list. So that means it won't be in the program book *** The gathering list won't actually be "finalized". It would just stop updating until Wednesday night or Thursday morning before the con date ***Please make sure you utilize the search function in this thread and in the Otakon forum in general to make sure someone else have not made a thread for your series already ***When you get a date, time and place from your threads, make sure you tell them you are going to so there won't be multiple people posting the same thing! *** If there are any changes that are OK'd with other people in the gathering thread, make sure to post changes here or message me! You can change it as often as you want, I don't mind but make sure it's up to date so other people that doesn't visit your gathering thread too often or isn't part of a separate FB event page who wants to visit can know changes at a glance ***The thread is just to compile all the gatherings together not make them! *** Suggested amount of gatherings per location in each time (every hour or so) is 2-3!! Please keep that in mind! If you think your gathering is going to have a lot of people (ex. Homestuck, BLEACH, etc), please find a big enough area to hold everyone that won't block traffic! ---***Please do not block traffic! Meaning no gatherings near narrow hallways, staircases or near escalators(no big gatherings. Small ones should be easier to manage and move if it is a problem) I'll add on anything else or suggestions to help people avoid trouble and over crowding as time goes by. Suggestions are def welcome! I'll make a spreadsheet and extra lists later on! When making your gathering please include Series/Gathering name: Day: Time: Place: Thread: As the months and days get shorter until Otakon, please please PLEASE double and triple check every all of your gatherings on each list when they come up!!

I saw you guys at the back of the 4th floor so it seems like a good spot. Seems like it went well for that location since there were showings and such by the large windows/escalators/front hallways.
Also, Scorpion89, I'm assuming Inner Harbor Fountains is the Outdoor Fountains? Where the waterfall is right?
