Its pretty much done. Just need add few more little details on the top and the straps on the shoes need to be added as well but besides that tell me what you think.

If possible, I think it'd look so much better if you could reduce the wrinkles/stress lines.

Maybe its just because the photo was taken with flash, but the drill curls appear to be an ever-so-slightly different blonde than the base wig. Did you perchance get the wefts for the curls from a different store than you got the base?

I think its just because of the flash. in other photos theres no difference. I did buy the wig and the wefts from different places but in person they look the same color and also in other pictures i have taken.

I also agree with the reducing the ruffling of the top and shortening the ends of the bow a bit. For the curls, I would also suggest thinning them out as they go towards the ends to get that "springy" look. Other than that, I think it's really cute : D

I am thinking about remaking the drills all together but they're such a pain to make. Or at least add that that little curl on the end of them. As for the wrinkles its from darting and lace sewed on but Ill try to fix it. As for the bow, thats easy to fix. Thanks for pointing things out everyone!

I'd change the ribbon for something stiffer and matter, cuz it really drives my eyes towards it and takes away attention from the rest of the costume. Rest of the costume is really great btw!
