Actually, according to Kishimoto, Naruto is going to end, so it's pretty much sorta wrapping up.

Yup. There's pretty much nothing left to learn. All the secrets are out all the motives are out in the open. The only thing left is for Naruto to ride his Flying Nimbus into the sunset, Millennium Puzzle in hand, and reunite with the Straw Hat Pirates.

I left the Naruto fan base a long time ago and this is all I can remember about it:

I'm going to become the next Hokage!
I need to get stronger to protect Konoha village
Sasuke left us! Time to bring him back to Konoha!
Sasuke didn't come back with us... Time to get stronger

I'm all strong, but not stong enough to protect Konoha

Wreck-it Ralph has definitely gotten some nice play. I also think Les Miserables cosplay might find a niche.

As for Naruto: I'll see your 1 million Jack Frost cosplayers, and I'll raise you 2 million Obito Uchiha (Fourth Great War) cosplayers.

I'd say there will be an influx of Pokemon cosplayers this year due to the new games releasing, plus the usual popular ones (Hetalia, Homestuck, Naruto, etc). I've heard a lot of people wanting to go as characters from Psycho-Pass though, could be interesting.

Wow.. I don't know what you were watching, but there was a reason he had to get stronger. Or else he would be dead.
I don't know, it sounds like you are saying everything it bad context, sorry if you aren't.
But what you just said fits Naruto's personality PERFECTLY, I wouldn't expect anthing different from him. He loses, never gives up, and gets stronger.
Please don't use the series in bad context, if you don't like it, that's you.. Not the entire world.

I noticed that, too. I liked the film.

The Oz reboot is in theaters, too and I heard the cinematography is better than Wonderland. That might be another one.

Along with what everyone has already mentioned, I would love to see Maoyu gain popularity. It's a surprisingly good show that has a lot of neat, cosplay-friendly (and gorgeous!) outfits.
