Crossplay diet?
Oh god, I don't even know if this counts as dieting xD But I'm thinking of cosplaying Lelouch from Code Geass or Ciel from Black Butler, but I don't exactly have a flat chest... -_- So I need ideas on how to fix that problem

The only way you're going to get a naturally flat chest as a girl through dieting, is if you literally starve yourself to the point of death (and I could add hardcore bodybuilding training, but you'll just have huge chest muscles to replace breast tissue).
