Envy Fullmetal Alchemist Quote
So my friend wants a quote for a green dreadlocks wig to be used for Envy from Fullmetal Alchemist. We both think that a green dreadlocks wig would be the best way to handle this (unless you know a better way) but I don't know how to make dreadlocks and i'm not sure if you can die them the same way you can die a regular wig.

The best envy wig i ever saw made was actually made out of foam ( not dry foam that would be messy and break easily) But get the type of foam you can carve out to give dimension. If you want to try this method out. Get green foam, don't paint it. If done well it can be pulled off super nicely and well.
