Backless binding?

Does such a thing exist? There have been a few characters I shot down because of a lack of back, but if it's possible, I'd love to know how to do it.

I imagine you'd be able to use a modified open-chest binding technique.

Karisu-sama outlines it pretty well on the first post of the binding how-to's thread: http://www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=15709

However, instead of wrapping the horizontal strips of tape completely around your back, depending on how backless your top is, you might be able to place vertical strips of tape on your shoulder blades or somewhere around there to attach the horizontal strips to.

Good luck!
