Cloak

This was the closest I could find for shoes

For the red gems, you might want to look into some acrylic gems

Hope this helps.

for my Raven I made a half-circle cloak,
http://www.eg.bucknell.edu/~lwittie/sca/garb/cloak.html
and attached a hood

for her belt I spray painted a normal belt yellow and hot glued on the gems

and didn't really bother with the shoes cause I already own some that work

When I made my Raven cosplay, I used a pattern for the cloak, but you don't really need one if you find a tutorial online. For the boots, I used a pair of old boots around the same shape and made boot covers to match the cloak. For the belt, I got lucky and found a cheap gold one and just hot glued on red gems from Michaels. If you can only find clear gems, you can always paint the back red and it turns out really nice.

Ha ha, when I made my Raven cosplay, I had no money and made my belt out of styrofoam balls that I ended up painting to look like shiny gems and then glossing them... Trompe-l'œil was my friend :P I glued them onto a gold chain.

My cape was a simplicity pattern, and my shoes I just bought from Charlotte Russe because they happened to match my cape. My leotard I bought from a dance store. This was back when I didn't really know how to sew or make props, but it got the job done :P
