I'm finally getting my Eddard underway. I picked up this wig, and while it's a little too red, and I want to mute it some, it looks awesome.
 I've got the House Stark brigandine in full leather (that thing kicks serious ass, too), boots, the pin, and all I really need to do is make the soft goods clothing (shirts pants, etc) and I'm finished. I scored a chance to get into a special premier HBO is doing next Thursday, and they encouraged costumes...so this is getting a quick and dirty dry run!

Wow that's awesome! Can't wait to see your completed costume! I'm going to a screening next Thursday too. Contemplating whether to wear Dany since I just got a new wig for her or to wear my Cersei minus all the dress's details. Hmmm.

My husband and I are working on Cersei and Robert, for a con in August. I was thinking about it for awhile, but then Cercei herself, Lena Heady, was announced as a guest. I have no choice now! lol

If Sean Bean EVER comes to a con, I will lose my shit completely.
Quick and dirty run before Thursday. LOTS to improve upon, but it's looking good, considering it's all existing costume stuff under the armor.

Finally decided to dive into the GOT cosplaying and wanna do an older Arya. I just finished my cloak. Used a coyote pelt instead of wolf because it was cheaper. I don't have the clasp done but I will be uploading pics soon.

I'm trying to remember the guy's name. He's also making the Khal armor. He had ONE replica made and I happened to be his same size. It really is outstanding. It's got a pretty decent weight to it, too. I love that thing.

   Gonna start working on a Lady Catelyn costume cause I feel like she's the only one I could do. I wanna do a younger Catelyn so any ideas would be awesome. But thoughts on the cloak everyone? |

There's someone on ebay making the brigandine much cheaper. mistresshoundstooth or something like that. She's selling the entire costume, but she's very flexible in commissioning just one part of it.
