Contact Problems

Before people tell me to return them, we are in the process of emailing pinkyparadise to get this sorted out.
I'm just wondering if others have had this problem

So I (24 years old) ordered my Crazy Manson Contacts from HoneyColor.com
No problem.
My sister in law (20years old) ordered hers from Pinkyparadise.com

Mine go in perfectly.
Hers do not.

They seem to push up on a side, and wont go down. She's tried every trick in the book. Has this happened to anyone?

And they both do it on each eye.
It looks like they are too big?
If you have this problem, what have you done to continue with your costume?
Go to an eye doctor?
Skip it?
Or is it just a fluke? (doesn't seem like a fluke if they both do it though)

My partner bought from HoneyColor and I bought from PinkyParadise. We both got sharingan contacts and they fit us both fine.(I'm sure I have bigger eyes than he does though.)

It's always best to go to an optometrist before you get contacts, so you get the right size and for the safety of your eyes. (I know people who've been told they can't wear contacts because of the size/shape of their eye.)
