Fallout MK II Power Armor

Ok so I love Fallout, and would love to make some power armor. Namely the MK II Power Armor worn by the Enclave (attached is the photo of the type of armor).

I have no idea how to go about making this at all. While I am good at pepakura armor I can't make the actual files. So if maybe someone could unfold it for me so I can make it I would appreciate it. Or, if anyone has easier ways to make it please help

I saw a cosplayer at the last convention I was at who did some power armor and they did theirs with craft foam. Craft foam is pretty cheap, but it can also rip and looks really tacky if its not painted properly. Depending on how much money you have, you can also try using wonderflex. Some of the armor I've made is craft foam covered in wonderflex. It makes the armor durable but also a little flexible. And the craft foam is cheap enough that you can buy rolls of it to make patterns out of so you don't waste the wonderflex.

While doing research for Deathwing's armor I found a few pepakura tutorials, but it seems hard to size it properly and fiberglass seems like such a pain to use! Soo...my suggestion would be craftfoam and wonderflex. :P

EVA foam floor mats.

Craft foam IS the same thing as EVA foam, just different names. But notably craft foam typically refers to thin 8mm and less sheets. You can by 1/8-1/2 inch thick floor mats that are much more durable.

With the exception of three of these suits (the Mk6 variant for Halo fans) and most of the helmets, these are made out of EVA foam.
