I'm mildly surprised no one has made a yugioh shoot yet. No one really listened to me when i called for them to come over for____ pose so it was a free for all last year which is exactly why I didnt want to do it this year :/

I think (I'm going to confirm this, this weekend) we will be getting like a 'cosplay' fabric badge or something to designate that we are running an event, plus a slip of paper with all our shoots and panels on it - which gives a bit of authority to stuff.... but yeah, it can be hard when you get a decent sized group which is why i've encouraged people to have more than one to keep the crowd in line. OS will also be helping out with the larger events for crowd control.

But I am liking the cattle prod idea... I could use that for going through the crowds....

Fighting games hasn't been suggested yet by anyone, but they would roll in under the video games shoot if nothing is booked.

As for wreck-it-Ralph i thought that was by Disney?

I think it would be smart to have the fabric badges. It will really help with signifying who is in charge of the photoshoot. And very random question but where is the York Room? It's inside the Doubletree?

I know this map may look a bit odd, but once you orient yourself you'll get it. The top of the map is alongside Dixon.

The York room is right alongside Dixon as well. So if you are coming from the main entrance you go left past the maid cafe bit and you will see it on your right.

Also this is the area for TCC1

There will be black backgrounds and looks like the water table is also a go

Supposedly it will be carpeted as well (they are still working on it).

Not sure what you mean exactly. If you are commenting on TCC1, thats going to be like that all weekend and hopefully it will get used.

If you mean the list itself, well it says in the first post that the final date for entries is April 20th so you will have to check back after that to see the final list.

You get to the back park area through the West parking lot at the Sheraton.

What I'm really scratching my head about is how to get to the garden inside the Sheraton? In literally in the middle of the hotel complex. It's very small but great for a 1 person shoot.

There must be an exit from within the hotel. I wonder if it's open to the public. I had thought about that area before but really have no idea. I have maps for the TCC and all the hotels AN uses but the Sheraton's is next to useless for this sort of thing.
