Cyborg raiden mgr standard body

Hey guys I'm pretty new to this but I've started making raidens standard body from mgr I've moulded clay onto a mannequin but I'm worried that when the clay drys it will crack and fall of any suggestions ? Also this is a strange one but would I get away with putting high build primer onto the clay to get a really smooth flat finish or would this end badly any advice would be appreciated !

I'm not quite understanding. Are you using this clay as part of your armor?

It wholly depends on the clay, however I'm not understanding exactly what you're doing. I've used clay sculpts to get a master for making a mold then casting the armor. If you're interested in that method I posted a tutorial on how to do rubber castings from clay masters. GL to you!
