eye and contouring makeup

I'll be cosplaying Yukako Yamagishi from JJBA and I'm lost about what to do with her the makeup o`皿′o)ノ. So any recommendations for makeup tutorials/techinques would be cool.
This is the character/Yukako-http://i1330.photobucket.com/albums/w563/Grell_Jisang/tumblr_m4f0bzDzTs1qeh30l_zps6ff32e31.png http://i1330.photobucket.com/albums/...pse35f5683.jpg http://i1330.photobucket.com/albums/...ps7a451966.jpg
I can't find better references ;A;.
I kinda want to get this eye-makeup like this cosplayer http://i1330.photobucket.com/albums/...ps3502e97e.jpg.

It's hard to say without seeing your eye shape first. One look can look like different looks on different people. You'll definitely want to get some black eyeliner and white eyeliner (white on your waterline will make your eyes bigger and more round. Don't do too much of a wing for your black liner. Set it with black eyeshadow and blend it out slightly with a mid toned brown. Bronzer would actually work really well if you already have it. Also use this color to contour your crease in an arch shape. Before anything though, apply a light colored base (a shade or two lighter than your skin should work.) You also need falsies. I don't wear falsies so I can't help you in that department but she is definitely wearing some.

I'm having trouble seeing her eyes but I googled for more pictures -- do you just want to go for a heavily-lined cat-eye sort of makeup job? Here's a tutorial, and if you google "cat-eye makeup" you can find more.

I use a brush-tip eyeliner pen for that kind of look. I find it easier to apply and get fine detail as opposed to a flat brush or a pencil. If you want an inexpensive liquid liner I've noticed that Nyx has fat and skinny brush-tip liner markers, but I haven't tried theirs. If you want to splurge a little more I really like Kat von D's tattoo liner.

Agreed with Strawberry about seeing your eyes. However, this Pixiwoo tutorial looks like a great starting point for ideas. It's a sleeker, smokey eye that extends out to a nice wing.
