Question Fem!Togami Byakuya from Dangan Ronpa

I plan on keeping most of the top the same (but tailored to fit my body better hahaha) besides the addition of a longer wig, and wearing a sort of pencil skirt/leggings/heels on the bottom.

I would really like to sew the jacket and skirt but I don't really know where to start bc I'm an inexperienced sewer :' ). Does anyone have any tips on how to go about it and what fabrics to use? thanks nvn!

I wouldn't recommend sewing a jacket for a first time costume sew.... What I would do is buy a jacket an then modify it w sewing for the chain and such. As far as the skirt, there are some great simple skirt patterns at Joann's, just look for sewing level 1, maybe 2. As far as material, it depends on budget....
