I have no clue how to make this cosplay outfit, this will be my first time making a an outfit period. If anyone has some tips on how to make it please help! I have no clue how to even start! From fabrics to how to fit it to your body I have no clue!

Well, you'll probably need to modify sewing patterns as I don't think you'll find those exact styles.

For the corset, you might be able to modify Simplicity 2331. You could also use a section of the skirt pattern for the green skirt tier, too.

For the top of the dress, Butterick 5181 View A is the closest I can find. You would have to modify the neckline by adding the "lacing", and add 3/4 length sleeves from another pattern. The skirt may need to be draped, so you can adjust the volume. Luckily, the "corset" will hide the seam nicely, especially where the green layer is sewn to the dress.

I can't commend on fabric, although cotton or linen are fairly safe choices. As for fit, you'll need someone who can measure the widest part of both your bust and hips, and waist. Pattern companies have advice on where you should measure all three. My recommendation is to make a dress form, so you can fiddle with your costume on something that matches your shape. The link has lots of tutorials to choose from.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck!
