Unhappy Buyer reviews on Codykoko Cosplay

I was just wondering if anyone on here has ever purchased from Codykoko Cosplay on facebook.com? Otherwise known as Eccosplay? I'm asking because I recently bought some prop swords from them and I have yet to receive them. And every time I contact them I either never hear from them until I bug them on facebook to look at my emails OR I get the run around? Has anyone else have had a issue with them? Is so please share with me because I am running out of time to file a claim with paypal and I'm getting really concerned since I paid ALOT of money for these props.

Please give some advice or reviews on them.

Thank you ^^

Don't be afraid to bug them. Their main method of communication is Facebook, so it's not as formal as some other commissioners may be. I've noticed that they don't seem to message specific customers with updates on their commissions. It's usually just progress pictures for new, uncommonly requested items on their FB page, and final photos on large shipment days. But I haven't heard any stories of them not fulfilling their end of the bargain. If you requested a common item (like the SAO weapons), it may be possible that they had a tiny mix up in the count.

I'd suggest to try contacting them again one last time asking about the progress and ETA.

Codykoko is actually a really great commissioner! My cosplay group as well as myself individually bought props from them for Anime Expo. We had to order them months in advance of course, but the detail and the work that was done was clearly shown with what we got. We got all of our props on time with weeks to spare! They are super nice guys. There are times where you do have to bug them. But they also live in a state where storms and such happen, so keep that in mind for shipping!

I will definitely be buying from them again, they were great to work with and their props were excellent!

This was one of the props I got commissioned from them. It was an amazing piece to such a simple cosplay
